Cancellation Policy

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, for whatever reason, call our office ASAP so we can get to work filling your spot. Email cancellations will ONLY be accepted after speaking with someone (voicemails do not count as speaking with someone). All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

Trips 1 1/2 days to 5 days
Payment is non-refundable unless cancellation is received 90 days prior to departure date. Cancellation received within 90 days to departure date is subject to payment forfeiture unless the vacated spot is rebooked. |

Trips 6 days and longer
Payment is non-refundable unless cancellation is received 180 days prior to departure date. Cancellation received within 180 days prior to departure date is subject to payment forfeiture unless the vacated spot is rebooked. |

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance can be purchased from a third party provider. Dawson & Associates Insurance Services is a firm that the Shogun recommends and they provide a wide range of travel and medical service coverage should any customer be interested in acquiring insurance.
