Just a quick little update from Captain Rene. The day before yesterday the water turned green and they only managed to land 2 tuna, 1 at 80# and another at 110#. Yesterday they made a move and fished for YT. They landed 11 YT, 8-12#. Today they are back looking for the YFT, have 1 on board this morning at 70#. Wish them luck!! -Shogun Crew Good Morning SG Peeps!!
Yesterday we ended the day a little slower than the first, but we had 11 fish, 3 of which were cows up to 250#. The weather is amazing, the passengers are stoked, crew is working their butts off. Such an epic trip to start the new year off. Wish us luck and we will check in with you later for an update in today's action. -Shogun crew Don't forget we will have this trip again next year. Super limited load and the option to fly down and back from Cabo (or you can ride the boat). Call our office for more info. Got to lower banks yesterday morning and had 34 yft 60- 100# a handful of those are over 100 and a stand out at 170# fish. today we don’t have the same luck as yesterday water is a little off color but still managed to scratch up 8 ,80-130 # fish and 1 cow at 250 beautiful weather a slight breeze this afternoon but none the less great weather.
