Good Morning Guys-
Yesterday SG had a great day fishing yellowtail from 8-25#. They also had 22 bluefin and 55 yellowfin tuna. They have today to continue to fish and will be back in dock tomorrow morning. -Shogun Crew

Good Morning guys- We left yesterday on an open party 3-day and we fished that first day. They had a GREAT day yesterday. They ended the day with limits of yellowfin tuna and 11 bluefin tuna. Today they have about 95 yellowtail on board so far. Wish us luck and more biting fish. -Shogun Crew Good Morning Guys-
Shogun returned this morning with 41 YFT, 33 BFT (3 of which were in the 80-100#) and 3 YT. We are fishing both US and Mexican waters, so if you are on any upcoming trips bring both permits if you have them, if not we will handle it for you. we leave today on another 3-day. Just heard from the boat and Guadalupe Island fishing has started to pick up. They left Friday with a limited load of passengers. They got there mid afternoon on Saturday and ended the day with 21 YFT and 13 YT, Yesterday they had 22 YFT and 13 YT. The yellows are 40-45# and the tuna are 50-75# with a few over 100#. They have today and tomorrow to fish the island until they have to head to Ensenada to check into customs before heading back to US. Wish them luck. **We have some openings on trips that will most likely fish Guadalupe Island in September, October, November and December. Book before we are sold out. Shogun returned this morning from their 6-day Rice Bowl Charter sponsored trip. Fishing was a little tough, but they managed to come home with 240 YT, 5 Dorado and about 100 mixed rockfish. They head back out today on another 6-day, this one sponsored by Island Fishing Tackle. Charter Master Kevin Aguirre is on board and he brought his daughter along on this one. They are heading to fish Guadalupe Island, so wish them luck. -Shogun Crew |
